Appreciated all the plugins for recharging services. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion in refillable containers. Shower curtain smelled a little funky, otherwise cleanliness was great. Lots of pillows. Elevator good size. Families coming and going to the dining pool. Sent a message to management to change the time to wash the lobby floor. 9am at breakfast and check-out time seemed an odd time to have wet slippery floors. Buffet meal included hot eggs, sausages, and potatoes, fresh fruit, cereals. Self serve coffee. The restaurant was full at 8:30am. Some issues with finding a table would have been solved if the lounge tables right next door were available. Caters to children. Some running of kids in the hallway, and was about to call management to quiet that family down. Dogs allowed. Really appreciated that you could specify dog room right at reservation time. Therfore, you don't show up and get told all the dog-friendly rooms are gone.q

The stay was nice. Clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast. At check in, there was an issue with my credit card due to me purchasing through Hotels.com. A code was needed and the counter attendant fixed it quickly. I would stay here again :)

Front desk service was great and the pool was fun for the kids but there weren't any towels and it took 30-45 minutes to get extra towels. Police came knocking on the door at 1030 on our first night looking for someone else. Gladly it didn't wake the kids. Hallway carpets are definitely aged and don't look great but the room was very clean and looked recently renovated

Best in class accommodation

Convenient location and vary clean and renovated building. Front desk was professional and smoothly Check in. 2x Queens bed room was bright, clean, Air conditioned with smart TV that you can use your streaming subscription. Dont forget to delete it after! Big and clean Pool and hot tub. Breakfast was mix of hot (Egg, Sausage and wedges) and cold items. No waffle or pancake though! Mini golf in ground floor and lobby. Area looks safe and options of groceries and foods in 10-20 mins walking. Just 30 min walk to West Edmonton Mall.
