Great Experience!

First impression- its esthetically pleasing when you walk through the door. The decor is modern, the carpet was of a wonderful multi coloured striped like print, not too bright and definitely not old fashioned. The hotel was clean, I typically don't like hotels because they never appeared to be cleaned properly, but this one was very clean, and I felt comfortable. There was no musty odour, plus again. Staff was cordial which is a plus again.

The ladies at the front desk were really great to deal with, always pleasant and on top of things! Room was clean and comfortable. Aaaand free parking which is always a plus! I've stayed at this location a couple of times now. When im traveling to a big city, I want to find that hotel that is simple, reasonably priced and clean. This Hampton, checks all of those boxes.

Good stay as usual. Good breakfast. Close to the West Edmonton Mall. Kid enjoyed the pool with water fall playing area. The water was a bit cold though.

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The hot breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. A few negatives - I was not advised of the damage deposit at check in, our in room fridge didn't work, they forgot to change our towels, and the pool had so much chlorine in it that my daughters bathing suit was bleached.
