Great overall
Kids were a bummed because the pool wasn’t available. Overall it was a great hotel with a great breakfast in the morning. We used a pull out bed for some of the kids and it honestly seemed a bit dirty.. the linens in the closet seemed a bit dirty even.. but overall a great hotel and we would maybe stay again in the future.

Hey Expedia, please figure out a way to let your guests know when faculties are down. Pool and gym have been closed all winter. The lack of transparency on that was very disheartening when the one thing the grandchildren were looking forward to, was the pool. I know you can do better

This was honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the parking is right close to the door and was always easily available. The lobby is clean, modern, big and beautiful. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and even helped us check in early so that our son could nap on time. The room was beautiful, spacious , clean and exceeded all expectations. The restaurant downstairs was great food and the staff there is super friendly and was playing with our children in between serving us. Nothing bad to say about this hotel and will be returning anytime we could back to Edmonton
