Good for concert goers...

The location is in an unlikely place for a hotel but is is quiet as a result. Uber ride to Rogers Place was about $20 and 15 minutes so good for concert goers. We enjoyed our stay but our room was uncomfortably hot. They did try to fix the ac and then it was freezing... then back to uncomfortably warm... Breakfast was good, amenities were good. I would stay here again. Good value for the price.

Decent stay

Stay was good, comfortable. Our room is relatively clean, overall hotel was first sight clean but looking closer needs a deep clean heavily maybe even face lift. Breakfast was good, large variety of choices. Had 2 night stay first breakfast was hot and yummy except eggs weren't cooked, 2nd breakfast had neither cold and weak flavoured. But overall was a nice stay 7/10

I have never been one to complain about a hotel before but this one was really a disappointment. when we first got to the hotel we were welcomed by a moldy, musty scent, dirty floors and carpets and dirty tables in the lobby. All the carpets were well past their life. The steam room and pool area was so dirty, it looked like it was never cleaned with dirt, garbage, clumps of hair and muddy shoe prints on the floor. Now we thought that maybe it was just the middle of the day and maybe it hadn't been cleaned for a few hours but we stayed for two nights and the pool room floors were never cleaned, we checked back multiple times. the carpets were all still visibly dirty with crumbs, there was a dirty sock in the hallway from when we got there until we left, the tables in the lobby, one with a spill of something on it, were never cleaned THE WHOLE TIME!! we went to use the gym equipment and there were no towels and no spray to clean the machines. We stayed in a room with a pull out couch and there wasnt anything in the room to actually make up the bed. When we asked for a pillow they said they were out and when we asked for sheets they said they would see what they could find and bring it up to our room. They never brought anything up. Even in the pool area there were no towels to use. When we brought up our complaints to the manager, he just brushed us off and said someone must have stollen all the towels. WHAT?!?! And that they were under staffed.

Outdated furniture and filthy lounge chairs and furniture in the lobby. Seems like no one really cares to clean here. The hallways leading up to the rooms are too dark and the carpets need some attention also. Inconvenient location, nothing close by. Need to drive for water. No water available for purchase at the hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is staff. Overall if you're looking for a place to stay a night then yes. But don't expect cleanliness.

It's in an industrial area so the views is 💩 but mostly this was a great hotel at a great price. Breakfast was above average. Room was beautiful albeit with a few design flaws (AC in the bedroom of suite but sensor in main room, weird wall mounted showerheads that you couldn't turn off, poor lighting near kitchenette sink, saggy hide-a-bed). Nice pool, hot tub and steam room but towels had run out. Hallways were sauna hot!

Firstly we booked in with expedia for 2 nights, we checked in and were very welcomed. The front end gentleman greeted my daughter and it was a very pleasant interaction, we checked into our room and it was great. Its clean, cozy and the curtains over lap to avoid that light that you can never seem to get rid of in other hotels The property is beautifully landscapped and the patio is gorgeous. The pool is great although the hot tub isnt very warm but overall its one of the better pools in edmonton hotels weve been too. Big, nice deep end and salted. The downfalls: The room doesnt have a table or chairs, theres no freezer part of the mini fridge, the pillows are old and lumpy and they squish them into a square for presentation and the beds are clean but so soft its hard to sleep comfortably but thats a personal thing. The breakfast is a hot buffet and decent The ac ran hot but we didnt want to move rooms so we didnt question it. The second day in the evening, i went to the front desk, we were having so much fun that we wanted to stay another night! The girl was awesome and said shed book me in for the same price as the first 2 nights and put a hold on my card for it. She told me id have to come back in morning cause it was a separate booking for new keys. The next morning the front end wouldnt accept the rate they charged me and even management wouldnt honor the rate and wanted to charge me double. In the end we checked out and the customer service AWFUL
