The staff is very friendly and helpful! The lobby area is nice and updated. The pool room is comfortable, as is the exercise room. Overall, the rooms are worn out — tears, stains, clogged drains, limited hot water, rust. Can’t stay again due to these issues.

Below average. Not Holiday Inn quality. Breakfast food was cold and the staff told me the microwave was only for employees. Coffee cups in our room were generic and tasted weak and nasty. Coffee machine in lobby is fresh brewed but very slow. Heater/ ac in our room was very loud and did not work well. We didn’t sleep very well. Beds were comfortable though. Only 1 of our 2 rooms was ready for check-in AFTER the actual check-in time. Shower pressure was terrible. I give it 2 stars out of 5 since it is not average for a Holiday Inn Express.
