first time staying at this hotel and it was nice. I loved the free shuttle service with in 5 miles since it was cold out and it saved us some parking fees. As far as the room I loved the space but the tv's were a bit small for such a large space and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable for my liking besides that everything was okay and staff were okay nothing to brag about. The guy driving the shuttle was awesome and friendly even showed us some new places downtown.

Hotel suite was very spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom especially the soaker tub. Breakfast was tasty and surprisingly affordable. Only wish there was a pool or hot tub there.

The room was very clean and very roomy. I wld stay at this hotel again. We were in town for a Chris Brown concert and the hotel offered shuttle service to the venue (Ford Field). We walked back to the from the venue to the hotel and it might hav taken 15-20 mins. There’s a parking lot catty-corner from the hotel and I wld suggest parking there. It’s a long wait for ur car, if something is going on in town and or at the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the space although the bathtub was awkward getting into. Check-in not great. Person at desk not friendly or helpful. Seemed unable or unwilling to get us two rooms next to each other. Valets were great. Breakfast was good. In fact we really liked the yogurt parfaits and asked the server what kind of yogurt it was but we never did find out.
