Mostly good overall. Older property but very large rooms with good dining amenities. Was chastised for key demagnetizing as if it was my fault when it wasn't. Needed resolution, not a lecture. Hairdryer in room not working, took a long time for someone to bring a replacement.

My toilet wouldn’t flush, when I told the front desk, they said they didn’t have a plunger and if I needed to use the restroom, that I should go outside. That next morning, someone plunged the toilet, only to have it plugged again later that night. I couldn’t use the bathroom pretty much my whole stay.

This hotel didn’t meet our expectations. The hotel is dated and dark. The room is really big but needs more lamps. The hallways are very dark. The area around the hotel is under construction. Made it confusing for ride share drivers due to the street closure. We saw rats outside, but we did not see any rats or bugs inside the hotel at all.

This is a beautiful hotel and in walking distance to the tiger stadium. I have not been back to Detroit for a very long time and it was amazing.

Location, location, location!

Location is perfect for any of the Detroit sports teams events - walking distance to all the stadiums! And a bonus is being literally right next door to Greektown and steps away from Woodward Ave.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was, clean, large, and comfortable. There was a problem with the spa tub, that couldn't not be fixed. The hotel offered to move us but we declined so they comped our parking for the inconvenience. The staff was amazing. Every person we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the A Bar in the lobby. Great drinks & food but the staff sets it apart. We were there for 3 nights and Zac went above and beyond. Even though super busy everytime he remembered our drinks and our favorite table. Scott and Tamika(?) were very good as well. Keno our shuttle driver was very friendly and knowledgeable and even was there to bring us back to the hotel before we had a chance to call. Location is perfect. Walking distance to both Ford Field and Comerica Park. As well as Greektown and many bars and restaurants. Will definitely our go to in downtown Detroit from now on.

Staff was very helpful especially valet service.clise to shopping, sports venues, restaurants and bars. Lots of road construction going on in the area but it is summertime so it needs to get done.
