The staff was great the hotel looks amazing including the rooms. My was very clean and the beds are excellent. No microwaves in the rooms which is a bummer also bathroom foundation need some work: peeling paint, walls need cleaning seen some hand prints on the bathroom wall.

Suites are very large and nicely decorated, as is the hotel generally. Shuttle provided to the Pistons game by a very accommodating driver/host. Check in/out was very fast. Would recommend.

All staff members were extremely helpful and showed us easier ways to get outside to walk without having to walk too far in the cold. The room was clean. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I cannot rate the food, but I would bet it is great as well.

It was great. Even though it was super busy downtown due to the auto show. Check in was quick and smooth. Asked for late checkout and got it no problem. We’ll be back for sure.
