Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that they offered a free shuttle, drive was awesome. Only downside was the elevator was down and we were on the third floor, the bed was very firm, and there was a weird buzzing. Overall though I would still recommend.

Had the auto show not been in town and had there been another available hotel, we would have left. Elevator didn’t work. Hotel has paper thin walls. You can hear neighbors having a regular conversation, snoring, amongst other things. The custodial staff left their carts in the halls (which were narrow) and we had to scoot past dirty brooms every time to and from the room. The sliding bathroom door left a three inch gap on all sides, so no privacy. The hot breakfast was freezer-burned microwaved food and stale bread. The bedding was yellow and stained. Whole hotel smelled like smoke. There were empty beer boxes under our beds. Everything had film and dust and the ice bucket had mildewed slime that smelled awful. Horrible stay.
