We appreciated the shuttle service and the staff was friendly. We didn’t run into any issues while there, besides the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The cleanliness was also lacking in areas surrounding the property and in the main hotel areas/hallways.

Pros:liked the free parking. The air conditioner was amazing. They had plenty of hot water. Cons:There was mold growing in the ceiling above the shower. The exhaust fan was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom.The bathroom door had a punch hole. The elevator was broken and the stairwell and hall ways smelled of urine and smoke. Stained furniture.

Internet photos deceiving, filthy carpet, cracks in the walls and ceilings, comforter not clean, had spots on it and the cushioning was coming out. Halas wreaked of smoke. Staff on check out unprofessional.. yelling and talking to each other while I’m trying to get a receipt like I wasn’t even standing there. Since when do you pay upon check in and not departure? Was not given a receipt for payment at time of payment.

Breakfast selection was good, women doing breakfast were super nice.. Bed was comfortable. Elevator was out of service but luckily there was a room on the main level. There were no bath towels in our room. Staff was walking in the hotel smoking. No one at desk when we went to check out.
