Great staff. Love the design of the room. Smelled great with the cedar spray. Problem is the doors aren’t pressurized. So when everyone wakes up and leaves all you hear is slamming doors all morning. Having said that I will stay again. I’ll just plan to not be sleeping in.

Paid for a 2 queen suite, the day of check in I called about an early check in and was assured the room would be ready when I arrived. When I got there I was told the room I paid for wasn’t ready and was misinformed. I was given a standard room which is ok but was expecting a little something in return. All in all a good place but just not happy about that ordeal.

It was pretty basic as far as hotels go, i wasnt impressed with the bed sheet over a bare mattress (no fitted sheet) and we were out of soap in the bathroom, but overall it was adequate for the price tag.

My credit cards had been hacked in the morning of my stay and the only complaint I have is that nobody could help me get the room paid for before I arrived so I could cancel my cards. I was high anxiety all day waiting to check in and hoping I hadn’t been completely wiped out by then.

While the room was nicely equipped with a fridge, microwave, and tv -- the noise of other guests was awful. Slamming doors, people on their phones talking in the hallway in the middle of the night, and loud groups arguing. It made it hard to stay asleep even with a white noise machine and frequently disturbed our sleeping 1 year old. There was one dining option that we utilized for breakfast, the food was good, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall I'd rate this a 3/5 hotel. It worked for our short term stay for a wedding, but I wouldn't say it's super family friendly. The staff is what is keeping the rating up as they were quick, knowledgable, and super kind to us.
