The hotel is nice, the staff is wonderful. The only thing i would say is the forced valet parking and the ice machines didn't work. And the breakfast could have been better. The veiw was beautiful

I reserved a room and the staff gave me more of a headache than customer service and very rude and also they add unexpected charges after online purchases that are not mentioned in the advertisement. The room was very nice, we enjoyed everything except the breakfast buffet. The food was cold and stale and the staff was as unprofessional as any I’ve ever seen. Their only concern was to ensure that everyone understood they were breaking down the buffet at EXACTLY 10:00 am. It would be over priced at half the cost. I would stay there again but will never step foot in that restaurant, close it or clean house.
