We paid a decent amount of money extra for late checkout. We got woken up 4x by the cleaning staff within the 2 hours we paid for late checkout. Wasnt worth the extra money since we didnt get to actually sleep in.

No housekeeping till you left . Couldn't walk our son through even the snack/restaurant area of the casino. Didn't know that at booking. I guess I understand.

Refused to clean room until 4th day even when I called to request a room cleaning, ran out of towels and toilet tissue, horrible customer service! How do you refuse to clean room unless guest stays 5 days ! I actually stayed 5 days . Will not book this hotel again ! There are plenty of nice hotels downtown to stay at !! Competition does not allow for this horrible guest service experience!

Room was great. We had loud guests beside us keeping us up but security took care of that. The only major complaint we had as well as multiple other guests is the lack of elevators & the excessive lines at check in. Actually the wait times for the elevates all day but worse at check in.

Tried to check in for two rooms around 2 pm. Was told it's a $40 USD charge (each room) to receive the room earlier, and that only one was available so the other would still have to wait 30+ minutes. Decided to wait until regular check in to receive both rooms and not have to pay $80. Returned at 5 pm with the expectation that our rooms would both be ready since check in is at 4 pm. Was told the rooms were not ready and they still need to be cleaned. Didn't get access to our rooms until 6 pm. We had dinner plans we had to cancel because of this delay. On top of that our rooms weren't even clean. Found empty water bottle between the bed and night table upon walking in, the carpet was not vacuumed in some time, (my socks picked up so much fluff and debris from walking in the room) Found a candy wrapper in the bed, the safe in our room didn't work, and there was only two towels for a reservation of four people.

Empty water bottle found the second we walked into the room.

The room was pretty, the location was fun & the valet staff was great. However, their policy of not cleaning rooms at any point during your stay (we were there for a week) was extremely unpleasant. When I informed the Front Desk that my husband (who has Stage 4 cancer) had bled on the pillow case & sheets on day 3, they merely delivered a set of linens to our room for us to change the bed ourselves. We had to raid maid carts in the hallway for toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc. throughout the week, and by the end of our stay, every trash can was overflowing. Not happy.
