The room was clean and spacious and the view was great; however, there were guests arguing in the hallway multiple times after 1 am which woke us up and keopt us awake, in addition, the noise of the elevator was very prevalent in our room all night long. The area surrounding the hotel is under construction so the options for dining were inconvenient and limited. We did enjoy a late night pizza at eat-n-out, which was delicious and the staff were amazing!! 100% recommend you try their NY style pizza!

Nice rooms. Construction happening right now confuses parking. Elevator was having issues today. 30 minute waits, seems like every elevator I took made awful noises or shook the whole time - definitely made me feel uneasy. Also not allowed to use the stairs at this time which was concerning. I did not interact with many staff members and room service is only provided upon request. Was clean but not perfect......so if you are picky you may have complaints. Bed was comfortable and loved my view.

Seriously amazing service all the way around. Shuttle to a concert was fantastic. My only complaint is that restaurants aren’t accessible to those under 21, keep that in mind if you’re traveling with minors.

Our stay was average overall. There was no daily housekeeping, and when we requested towels from the front desk, it took about an hour for them to arrive. Several elevators were out of service, and after waiting nearly 30 minutes, we decided to take the stairs from the 20th floor. Unfortunately, when we reached the 14th floor, we encountered a sign warning that continuing further would trigger an alarm. When we tried to return to the elevators, we discovered we were locked in the stairwell. Thankfully, we had cell service and were able to call the front desk, who sent security to let us out.

Room was good with a great view. Pretty quiet. Small wardrobe. Nice coffee machine. Steamer rather than an iron. Didn’t work but friendly reception staff organised an iron and board. Have to book room service, but staff were always great about giving more coffee supplies etc. No ‘proper’ bar (drinks from reception shop) and no restaurant. For bars and food you had to go across the walkway to the casino. That had fast food outlets and a restaurant along with bars. Staying at the hotel you could use the Social Club in the casino. That had a great selection of drinks and snacks at great prices! Also very friendly and efficient staff! Would stay again.

I loved how convenient it was to use the people mover and all the restaurants nearby. The construction made this a little less convenient to access but still reasonable. It was annoying that you couldn't walk through the casino with any bags. The room was fine, bedspread was a bit worn, no trash in the bathroom in any of our rooms, and there were stains on the curtains, but the view was nice. Bed was ok, could hear traffic and street racing from 22 floor. Not many breakfast option other then Dunkin, which was running out f stuff every day. No hot water for tea and no kettle in room. The gym had a water station, some cardio machines, 2 weight benches, some cable machines, medicine balls, kettle bells, and dumbbells.
