We always love coming during our anniversary to see a Red Wings or Pistons game, but it seems the night we were there. We stayed on floor 12. They had some kind of construction going on and it was banging noises all night long.

Every person we interacted with was friendly and professional, the property was clean. The room was clean. The carpet had a few stain spots but over all happy. The lodge restaurant was good and fair priced.

All was good though parking was difficult and we were sad to see there was no room service (it's been years since we've stayed here when they last had it apparently) but otherwise, great room and great staff.

Room was so dusty in room 514. The tv had no service so we couldn’t watch the ball drop from our room, called for service but they never came to fix it. Lol so they gave me 25$ back to my room. Also could hear the people next store talking from the bed, I would stay here again

I booked a room at this hotel New Year’s Eve and when we got back to the hotel to rest we noticed the toilet wasn’t flushing about an hour later my husband got up and found the whole bathroom floor hallway floor and half the bedroom carpet soaked. We called guest services they wanted to plunge it and maintenance the bathroom at 4am we asked to be moved and the manager gave a hard time about giving us another room we asked for late checkout as a courtesy for the inconvenience he refused. The next day they called security and the police to make sure we got out of our room before we could even get dressed. Argued and made a scene for us asking for a bit more time to gather out things. The police kicked the manager it was outrageous and unprofessional
