It was a fun atmosphere, the shuttle to the arena was convenient and any staff member we interacted with were happy and polite. We never felt like an interruption or inconvenience to help us.

I have always loved this hotel but it needs updates. There are no chargers in the rooms and minimal plugs. When I called the front desk, no solutions were given. Just that’s the way it is. Pillows are terrible and old carpet. This isn’t a 5 star experience anymore. I would love to come back once rooms are up to date again.

The room was great. The tub is deep and great. The spa was so nice. I loved it. I love to play in the casino and love the simple reasonable food choices in the food court. The staff is very nice. It will definately always be my go to place.

Great Staff! I would say from top to bottom! Gaming, bartenders, wait staff, dealers (except for 1), and the Pit Bosses were very professional and listened and answered any concerns in a timely manner. I recommend this hotel and casino.
