Overall the property is great, all staff were very friendly and helpful, parking was easy and free, and it was a short walk to the arena. But I expected way more for the price. The room was just ok. Bed was not comfortable. Definitely not the cleanest room I’ve been in. Constant guest noise in the hall throughout the night, as well as cars speeding/racing up and down the road, making it pretty hard to sleep. It’s convenient, but not the level I would expect for such a high price.

Stayed here for the breezy concert from Ohio, drove all the way here. Complementary valet parking. Concert was at ford field they provided free shuttles to the stadium. Mind you an Uber is 59.99 for a six minute drive… THE ROOM IS WORTH IT. But when got back from the concert, blankets and pillow was obviously not cleaned. Went to the front, told them… it’s like 1:30am at this point, finally got new ones then spoke with the night manager he was extremely insensitive to us never once said sorry. I was beyond mad, woke up and checked out. Spoke with the manager, she was VERY professional, friendly and helpful. Showed her the pictures and videos, she refunded the stay and that was SO unexpected. They care about customer satisfaction here and the hotel is AMAZING.

We were only there over night but everyone was so nice and our room was very nice can’t wait to come back and stay again next time a little longer so we can go to the casino because we were to tired after the Chris Brown concert to go
