The staff was amazing. The mattresses and pillows are very dated and uncomfortable. Did NOT sleep well here. We had the two double beds. Did like the security of having to use a card to get the elevator to take you to the right floor. It does limit the amount of foot traffic.

I loved the scenery from my room and it was very modern and spacious. I just wish one of the amenities included a microwave if not in the room then at least the lobby or something.

Check in was very easy and they had a shuttle that was able to drop off and pickup from the pistons game we were in town for. It was extremely convenient and the room was clean and had everything we needed.
