Economical convenient stay

Liked having a microwave and fridge in the room. Shuttle was prompt and convenient. Very convenient to the airport. I made use of the breakfast, I always look for hotels that provide breakfast so I appreciate that. The room furniture and flooring could use some updating and a paint job on the walls.

This property is in rough shape got a hot tub room smelled like straight meldew. It was mold on the ceiling and little gnats flying around. The staff was friendly and tried to help best they could.

Disappointed!

The check in went fairly smooth. The room was absolutely horrible as their was hair in the shower, urine on the toilet seat and behind the seat all over the rim of the toilet. There was a long black hair in the sing and the bed was on a steel frame and very uncomfortable. Very disappointed!

Left list of items that needed to be addressed in the room. Room had not been cleaned properly and toilet would not stop running. Location is right across from the runway, so aircraft starting up can be loud.

The place is a bit run down. We had to switch off the air conditioner to be able to sleep. The soap dispenser was empty. It is OK for a one night stay before a flight.

Staff was friendly. Bed was too close too window unnecessarily in king room. It was very dark pulling in and the shower was dripping making the bathroom floor constantly wet and there was a drink spilled stain on the radiator and wall near it. Front desk person was terrible

After traveling all day from Europe with flight delays, we decided to get a room before driving home. The front desk person could not have been ruder. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and was absolutely disgusted to help the guest. There was a person of color in front of us who didn’t get the same treatment. Maybe she just hated white people??

Good experience.

This was our last stop before flying out the next day. We were tired and hungry. Comfort Inn was a good choice. We had a good dinner at hotel so that made quite the difference for us, not having to leave to find a restaurant. We were able to wash our soiled clothes onsite. 1.00 to wash and dry, ( took quarters).There was only 1 washer and dryer, but it was not busy so we did not have to wait. They also had enough suitcase dollie carts. Breakfast in the am, (6 to 9) was decent. Very close to airport. Thanks Confort Inn Rumulus!
