The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room, however, was in poor condition. It smelled strongly of mildew, and like a wet dog immediately upon entering. There was dog hair on the carpet. The furniture all had grime 1/3 of the way up from the floor. This was a ground floor room. Did it flood and not get cleaned very well? The walls had splotches of who knows what on them. This room needs a thorough cleaning, top to bottom. The cabinet housing the refrigerator and microwave and drawers clearly had water damage to it. The mattress cover did not cover the whole mattress, and was dirty. The shower floor was dirty and needs to be bleached. This room was in very poor condition, even for an airport hotel.
