Had to wait at the airport 45mins for the shuttle-it was the coldest night of the year (Jan.21/25)- but the driver did come inside to yell "La Quinta". Having the receptionist tell me she liked my cane and then assigning us a room 2 long corridors away while we also had to drag suitcases with us. As a bonus, check-out was Noon - so we came out at 9:30am but the complimentary breakfast was over and done with. Other than that, the room was OK and clean - which is what we went for in the first place.

Comfortable and Clean

A nice comfortable stay. Clean room and friendly staff. Only small issue is I did not receive my requested wake up call but luckily my cell phone was set . Otherwise a great overnight stay.

Housekeeping issues

We had the "do not disturb" sign out until 11:30 am on the first day and until 8:30 am on the second day, but housekeeping never cleaned our room. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. When we called to ask about the service we were told that the "do not disturb sign" was on the door the whole time. No apology from the staff or a call from the manager.

Shuttle? Don't choose this Hotel.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay based on their 24 hour airport shuttle and close location to the airport. However, reaching the hotel to call for the shuttle driver was next to impossible! We were left on hold for an incredibly long time then disconnected. Took way too long calling on two phones (over 20 minutes) to just try to get thru on the phone to request pick up! Front desk complained that they need a dedicated shuttle line and another person. We wasted precious sleep time as we only had less than 6 hours in the hotel!

Close to the airport!

For an early morning flight departure, the over night airport stay is comfortable & close. Coffee & packaged muffins and apples were available in the morning. No front desk staff in the early morning. Airport shuttle was prompt and driver was helpful with the luggage.

We were very satisfied with both the staff service and facilities. I did have some challenges with consistant internet connection, but honestly, am not sure if it was tge service or my equipment. This was first time at a La Quinte hotel, but will definitely consider again in the future.
