The receptionist was so rude and cursed at me and called me names. She refused to give me towels and there were no shampoo and conditioner. She refused to send people to change the sheets too. I was there for a whole week with dirty room and lots of drama

Terrible. Dresser under the TV was missing 2 drawers, mold in the shower, one hangar, light above the sink didn't work (flickering fluorescent). When I brought the issues to the attention of the front desk I was told there was a "maintenance backorder". I wanted to be sure I wasn't charged for things like missing drawers or hangars. No offer to change rooms either. Hotel site says daily housekeeping. Nope! At least my room and car were not broken into, but someone was walking up and down the hall knocking on doors at 5:30 AM. Spend a few dollars more for peace of mind and a clean, complete room!
