Our family stayed 3 nights in October and our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast and evening meals. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff was friendly with the exception of one instance where one of the associates became slightly defensive. On the first night we were placed in a handicapped room and I requested a change if possible. They mentioned that at the time, they had no rooms available, but to check the following day. The staff was wonderful in changing our room. However, as we transitioned into the new room, my brother’s toiletry bag with expensive shavers went missing. We asked the staff at the front desk if they could check room 216 again. They reported that the bag was not in the room. We checked again on the 3rd day to see if they had contacted the person who cleaned our room. The person stated that there was no bag collected. I mentioned that it was disheartening to know that a bag would walk out on its own. One of the staff members up front became defensive and stated that no one steals in the hotel. I never mentioned the word to her. However, Catherine took a different approach. She asked me if we could check the room again since no one had stayed there the night before (day 2). I agreed and she let my brother and I check the room. I appreciated that she took the effort to help us out one last time. The bag was not in the room, but she asked all cleaning staff to check all the cleaning carts. Sure enough, they found the bag.

Everyone there was wonderful! Seth was very helpful. But when I called to say I left my charger in the room the lady said. I had to go to w website. It wouldn't have taken 10 minutes to get my charger and let me pick it up on the way to the airport. I understand the lady mayhave been helping others or maybe it was reservations but it just seemed like a simple request. All-in-all, I look forward to my next stay!

Airport shuttle and driver were nice One of the front desk staff, Minnie, was VERY kind and helpful. I found some of the others seemed a little wary of being friendly and accommodating. Welcoming staff make all the difference for me even in a beautiful hotel. Room was beautiful and deep soaking tub awesome Is not accessible and kind of short due to rounded shape if you have long legs though no view to my room, only a totally blocked patio so that was disappointing but otherwise all of the basic needs were met
