Great Hotel but watch out for street noise

Great hotel and friendly staff. Our suite had some missing handles on the shower faucet, the sliding bathroom door didn't close all the way, and a missing light bulb in the living room, but those got addressed and didn't lower the experience of our visit. It's across the street from the Colorado History museum which was fun to visit. The room we had was on the street side of the hotel and there was noise from the street. We could hear the early morning construction and late night weekend party-ers. (the hotel is 2 blocks away from nightclubs) if you are a light sleeper get a room not facing the street. Booked a 2 queen room for a night, and noticed that my reservation through the Hilton app said I was in a king room. Called the front desk and was told I had been upgraded, but I needed 2 beds, not one. I was promised that there was a queen-size pull out couch in the room. When we arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't ready until an hour after check-in time. Upon getting to the room, phone didn't work, and we found that it did not have a couch at all. I had to call for a twin sized roll away bed.

Lovely room, spacious bathroom, excellent bed. Super-convenient for visiting the museums and galleries and public library in the Cultural District; never used the car.
