The Space:
This unique remodel features a separate basement apartment that is occupied. The City of Denver requires for the license. However, the only shared space is the yard and you can expect no disturbances. Main 2 levels of the home are all yours!

Host and communication were great. The space was large and very charming. A few things were out dated and could have used a few more kitchen items, but it worked well for family of three.
The house was clean, comfortable, and honestly fun to stay in. We really enjoyed the little lounge area by the fireplace. The owners communicated very well with us during our stay, and the printed instructions they left around the house helped us answer most of the questions we may have had.
