There was no breakfast. Some cookies and frozen yogurt with coffee machine. There was literally no room service. You irfer on line and go down to the bar and carry two drinks in your two hands while struggling to swipe elevator card. There was virtually no closet except for hanger space. It was inconveniently licated away from the beach while the website gives the impression that it was next to beach. It is precisely a 1.2 mile from the beach. Please make it clear on their website. I believe I paid way too much for suite whose patio opened in the back of swimming pool,creating privacy issues. It was the my worst hotel experience. Staff was over worked despite having no room service. How can you charge clise to 500 per night where you carry your iwn lunch and drinks up to your room. It beats me.

Lovely room and balcony with a view. Great server at the bar made excellent drinks. Comfortable bed. It's a little thing but I like it when they provide water in the room. Hotel centrally located. Easy self parking. I will come back.

A great experience at the Aloft Delray Beach hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The gym and pool area were very well kept. All staff were polite, professional and helpful. Perfect location - close to shopping and restaurants but far enough away to preserve a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location! A few blocks off Atlantic and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are large with extremely comfortable beds, and everything was very clean. The pool area is large with a seperate sitting with tables that I used every morning to do some work. Lovely, quiet time in the beautiful weather. My critique of the rooms is there is no where to put your stuff. The night table is small, the hangers are very high up in the open closet (I'm 5'5" and had trouble reaching them), and there is no real drawer or shelf space. Not the worst situation but with 3 of us sharing the room, it got annoying to live out of the suitcases for 5 days.

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst I have ever experienced. The room lighting was very poor, and the shower was awful, with weak water pressure and no handheld option. The front desk staff was extremely rude at checkout. There was no assistance with luggage. When we stored our bags after checkout, we had to ask for a claim check, which seemed like a major inconvenience to the staff. Even then, the attendant did not note how many bags were stored. I would never stay here again. Courtyard is far better. Their rooms are well lit, beds comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful.
