This Guest House is a very nice getaway. You have full access to everything which is great and it’s also for a great price. No one disturbs you and no one bothers anyone so it’s like your in a house just with people you might see from time to time 😂 the only thing I didn’t like was there aren’t personal tvs In the rooms you’ll have to use the common area for that. Otherwise I give this 5 stars will be returning.

It contradicts what is in the posting Check-in instructions and house rules (Read the entire text 1–10 and confirm your arrival time) 1. Check in is available anytime after 3 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m. **Fee for early check-in OR bag storage OR late check out is $30. That's $30 PER incident. 2. The main entrance code is 3. Wi-fi access and further information are located behind your room door. 4. We are a guesthouse, not a hotel, so the walls are thin. We expect our guests to observe the quiet hours of 10 PM to 8AM in respect to other guests. 5. Your reservation is non-refundable. No exceptions. 6. Additional guest fee is $50/night plus tax. GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING ANY VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. **We report trespassing by unauthorized visitors to the Chicago Police Department (CPD).** 7.
