The reason I did not give a five star review is that I was led to believe by Expedia that I was booking a five star hotel. This is basically a very nice apartment building that is 80 percent residential and 20 percent hotel. Not the cool Chicago hotel experience I was expecting. Very nice staff and very clean efficiency apartment.

Absolutely loved it here! Would 100% stay again. This is the best location in Chicago for tourists. Super walkable, so much to do! Close to the train from the airport. The only thing is, the bed I had was like bolted to the wall so if you drop anything down the side, it’s basically gone forever so just be careful of that

I was excited about this stay as we went for the holiday weekend Strike 1: Complications at check in_ I had to swipe my card twice as it was declined, but an $88 fee came up on my statement anyway. Strike 2: No bedding for the pull-out couch. Asked the staff, and no one gave us anything. Hubby & I shared our sheets and pillows with our daughter. Strike 3: Understood the $200 daily deposit but didn't know that it came with MORE charges on my account the following Monday. So Level has $800 additional that I am certain at this point I won't get back. My account is overdrafted because Fulton keeps charging it for God knows what. The place doesn't have food service, nor are we pigs & party animals But Fulton Market is loaded with food and nightlife. That's it.
