Staff was generally nice, not much kindness. Sometimes they didnt charge me for a bottle of aquafina water - sometimes they charged $4.95 a bottle! I have stayed at better places for cheaper in chicago, not much to write home about if you catch my drift.

Everything was good at the Hyatt, staff were fabulous, the only downside is when you have to pay deposit they actually charge your credit card unlike say the Hilton they put a stop of 100 dollars on your card then realease it when leaving but the Hyatt doesn’t and it takes a few days to get your money back from them.

The staff was very helpful and nice. She upgraded our room view at no additional cost. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. We enjoyed the pool. Overall we had a very nice stay!

Very clean room! We enjoyed the small bar in the lobby. We signed up for Hyatt rewards and received free water bottles. Good location for sightseeing. Decent view.

My flight was cancelled due to maintenance so I called to this hotel BEFORE check in and they did not want to move or cancel my reservation. I called both Expedia and Hyatt and none of them cares for their clients. I was left alone in the airport with my small children!! They did not cared and they kept my money. I don't recommend this place and I will take the legal steps to get make them accountable.
