Perfect location with easy access to major establishments. The only downside is that theres no parking and to check in you have to go to the 6th floor, with only 2 elevators on a 19th storeys building sometimes you have to wait longer.

It was a safe, quiet and easy to get around the city. The only bad thing was they had a hidden fee of $300 deposit just before you check in.

Shout out to Jeremy at the breakfast bar each day! He definitely made the hotel experience (at least for the morning) 1 star higher. The sad part is, we went to a Chick-fil-A for lunch and considered that we got better, friendlier service from Jeremy than the employees there! That's coming from someone that has come to expect friendly Midwest hospitality from Chick-fil-A. Great job, Jeremy!

Location was great and the staff was wonderful. However, pool was overflowing with unattended children and very noisy. Room was spacious and nice but a TON of noise. Fans in room blow constantly and couldn’t control the temperature properly. There was also a service or other room adjoining and loud buzzing all night long. Outside noises especially noticeable. Worst night sleep in a long time and I frequently stay downtown. Haven’t tried this hotel but unlikely to stay here again.
