The staff at this property were amazing! Everyone was so kind and hospitable! This was our first time visiting Chicago and the front desk staff gave us some great tips on navigating the city. The breakfast in the morning was always delicious and they had different options every day! When you are there for a few days in a row it was nice to have variety! The pool although small had a great view on the top floor! We cannot wait to come back and will definitely stay here again!

Very nice place.

Nice place. The breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. The elevator can be slow. The hotel front desk is located on the 6th floor, you need to take the elevator to get there. The suite room was very spacious and had lots of amenities.

This is a great hotel to be right in the heart of Chicago with some extra space as a suite. While the furnishings were a bit dated, they were adequate. However the breakfast was amazing! And the breakfast staff was so accommodating, polite and efficient.

Excelente ubicación, lo único que no nos gustó es que sólo cuenta con dos elevadores que son insuficientes, si vas a ir en temporada alta hay que tomar en cuenta eso. Y el desayuno no tiene variedad, nos hemos quedado en el mismo hotel en Texas y hay muchas más opciones de comida en los desayunos. Por lo demás está muy recomendable
