Unplanned Staycation Made Enjoyable

The initial stay has been good. I appreciate the team for working to extend my stay through my insurance company as I am here due to a condo fire in my home. I love that we can cominicatw with thr staff via text and it was helpful one evening when there was a couple who were inappropriately behaving in front of my son. Also, the river north area is so vibrant a d there is so much to do that bring distracted from being so close yet so far from the comforts of home is a bit easier.

The room had a large fridge with a freezer and a microwave which were very useful to us during our stay. Parking in Chicago is somewhat tough to find. The hotel offers valet parking but it is quite expensive. We used the hotel parking regardless of the price just for the convenience and peace of mind. The only thing we noted about the room's condition was the kitchen sink would leak a little bit whenever we used it. Other than that the room was in pristine condition. We would definitely come back here again if we decide to visit Chicago again in the future.
