For the price of the hotel our toilet didnt even work and the the person down stairs was rude when we reported it. We eventually did get it fixed but it was a bit of a hassle. Plus the wallpaper in the bathroom was falling apart. I just expected more for the price. The room view and hotel location was great though. The hotel lobby bar/restaurant was nice but you couldnt turn the bar tv to the game. That frustrated alot of poeple.

We didn’t know what to expect from a Holiday Inn in a tower and were pleasantly surprised. The building — hotel actually starts on the 15th floor — is like new and was very clean. The staff was universally friendly. The lobby floor has a grab-and-go food option available 24 hours and a nontraditional bar and restaurant with seating more like a hotel lobby than a restaurant. There’s a huge TV screen, but it doesn’t dominate the space. We checked out the pool but didn’t get a chance to swim. Other people’s kids seemed to love it, though. Our room was smallish but well-appointed with a quite-wondeful bed. Location on the river handy to all kinds of restaurants. Recommend if you want something downtown.

I thought it was odd that we could not get plates for our room to eat the deep dosh pizza that we had ordered for delivery the evening of 10/17. Then on 10/18 for breakfast they ran out of clean plates at the buffet and people had to wait about 10 minutes as the crowd grew. Front desk staff on level one was great though, as was the cleaning crew and security.

The room was okay although the bed wasn't very comfortable at all. Also, you need to take two elevators to your room, and the elevators are very slow and sometimes out of service. We never got breakfast because it was $26/person for a standard hotel breakfast. But a good location, safe, and convenient.

Great location if you have meetings at the Mart which you can reach through escalator and a bridge that takes you directly to the second floor. The hotel is well run Good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are clean but they should start “refreshing” some of the features like carpets which seem worn out in some areas .
