Joanna is amazing. But nonstop train horns and kid’s stomping and running around was really annoying. I understand that that is out of the hotel’s control. We also stayed for around 3.25 days and room service did come a single time. Cleanliness was average. Overall not too bad

Pull out couch had stains on them. There was old rice grains and soap scum in the sink, there was a cigarette and dirty pool water smell in the room and the dresser was dusty. The staff in the morning was very rude gave me an attitude and when i asked her to watch the way she spoke to me she raised her voice and told me to watch my to tone and that she was matching my energy in that moment i grabbed my things and left and was absolutely disgusted!

My husband and two kids had a great stay. It exactly hit the spot for a family. A warmed pool, excellent breakfast, and comfortable room. Location is walking distance from bus and shopping. Staff was very nice. Would definitely return.

Might be my go to hotel from now on.

The room was very spacious. It had a nice set up. The kitchen was nice and had a couple pots and pans as well as enough dishes for 4 people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter cut her toe and they gave her a fun kids bandaid with dinosaurs on it. The breakfast was amazing. A good variety of food and tasted good. Its location was a few minutes walk to public transit.
