Comfortable and quiet hotel, I had to unexpectedly spend the night near the charlotte airport due to a delayed flight. Place was clean, staff was helpful. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Respect is a two-way street

I would give this property a better rating if they would respect my cultural difference the same way they're asking for respect of theirs. My check-in was great my room is great the young man at the desk was great. My problem is the way that I was treated by the cleaning person.
