The reviews you see are accurate, unfortunately. The check in and check out was smooth. The gentleman was polite and the breakfast staff was friendly. My room was really clean besides one towel. The property is old and run down. It is located in a run down area far from things. When I pulled up there was odd looking couples on multiple stairways. The people did not look friendly and I didn’t feel safe. There are SO many cameras on the property if that makes you feel better. Some of the sauces and cereal were old. The hot sauce was brown. I think these are easy fixes. I only recommend if you need something quick as a layover and you need to rest. I do not recommend for women solo travelers who haven’t dealt with rough neighborhoods. Overall not a horrible experience. I needed something cheap for one night for an event nearby. I didn’t feel safe so I won’t be back

SCARY! There were hookers around the corner from the lobby when I checked in, I heard yelling all night, and I woke up with a cockroach next to my bed. I stayed because of the positive reviews but I don’t know where those happy people stayed! I will say the guys at the front desk were friendly.

I’ve been staying here for the second time and I live the hotel, great spot close to airport and next to 24/7 open store. You can find the hotel clean and neat, nice mattress and pillows. Breakfast included is a plus. I feel safe staying here and definitely I recommend staying here. Next time I visit the city I’ll be sure to select this hotel again.
