Our room smelled like dead rat& mildew coming from air conditioning unit. When I called the front desk they said they couldn’t switch our rooms because we were in a suite and none were available that they could only send someone to spray something. The basketball court had wasps that they needed to be sprayed for and no room service ever came to our room. The trash can in the suite is very small and never emptied.

All the staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. It was in a great location. The breakfast buffet was great.
