Dope heads hanging around in the parking lot breakfast was limited, no creamer for coffee, crack heads walking back in forth through the hallways, the icing on the cake there was a guy in his underwear only getting his breakfast. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE

Staff - OK. One desk clerk was rude with a little attitude when I asked about a room clock. Room - Dirty furniture, non operational sink. Maintenance came and pulled the stopper and has not returned. Large water bug smashed in the hallway near where an external door (also non operational) has a a gap of at least an inch from the floor. Amenities/Dining - We are decaf coffee drinkers. There was none available on the 24-hour coffee bar nor at breakfast. I would also suggest maple syrup instead of honey for waffles. Overall we were disappointed. We have patronized other Comfort Inn & Suites in NC and VA, this one by far was the worst experience we’ve had. Of all the choices we had available, we’re sorry we chose this one.

This hotel is in a questionable area and you could hear the planes all night. The lobby was clean but had a strong air freshner smell. The room was ok one of the bed had a huge dip in the middle and the bathroom has mold on the ceiling amd the bathroom sink took forever to drain

The bathroom fan needs to be fixed and the air conditioner was loud too. I had a hard time sleeping. The chair for the desk was ripped up and there were chemical type smells. The parking lot and road to the property had huge potholes. Your staff was great and very accommodating.
