People here very friendly and helpful. No soap in any of the dispensers in the room but the front desk always asking how things are do you need anything what can they do for you. Sincerely helpful.

The staff was just meh at check in. At check out I was informed that my $35 x2 charge would be refunded. But a $57.62 charge was added instead. We didn't purchase any incidentals. There was an issue last year when we stayed as well. They were not refunded and I neglected to fight you on the charges. Personal stuff got in the way. I will be fighting the charges with my credit card Co. this time. How do you all get away with this stuff?
