This was our first time staying at a Hyatt Centric and the experience was amazing! Owen at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. The restaurants on property were 10/10. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

The Premium King Room was perfect for our Charlotte get away. Some of the other reviews mentioned dim lighting, but who gets this room to work? lol. The staff were friendly, and everything is beautiful. I highly recommend.
