Room was clean and very nice. Love the shower in the middle. Only thing we disliked was that no microwave was present inside room. Hotel was located in great area and within great range of downtown Charlotte.

The worst sleep ever. Room overheated and temperature would not go down. Pillows were awful uncomfortable. I was suffering all night long and same situation for my travel partner. Hardly slept.
