I encountered insects, including large moths on the walls, even one cockroach on the bedding. Showed pictures to the staff but got no reaction. Room services start early and were very noisy that disturb sleeps. Service is merely polite, not feeling welcoming or caring. For a hotel with this star rating, I expected more.

Old and dated rooms, needs a very good vacuum and face lift. The corridor was very dirty. Our neighbour's TV and chatting kept us up, as the rooms are not sound proof. Staff are great, room service food was ok. Only good thing was the convenient location to the airport for a quick stop over.
