Another great stay
We have stayed here multiple times over the years and have had consistently good stays. We had an issue with the TV not working on this visit, but it was promptly resolved. Everything is comfortable and clean, and we love the amenities — pool, gym, and games. The EV charging was very convenient too. The staff is friendly and helpful and very patient with a lot of kids running around, including mine!

A little disappointed
Kind of disappointing. My wife had surgery on her foot a few months ago and her foot was swollen and I needed ice for it. I had never heard of being charged for ice ? We also were charged $50. For some Incidentals twice which we never charged, when questioned they said they would come off in 7-10 days ? I certainly hope that they do. Just a little bit upsetting as we often stay in the Charlotte area as our daughter lives there. Thank you.
