This hotel is right downtown Charlotte very busy area. The valley parking is $55 a night plus they take $100 per night for holding the hotel is dated and it really looks like they get a lot of traffic in and out. I didn’t feel that my room was clean and I didn’t feel safe in the hotel. We end up checking out early and checking into somewhere else. I will never revisit.

My family and I stayed at the Omni for to look at rental property as my daughter is moving to Charlotte in February. When we arrived a little early they would not allow us to check in early, even though a room was ready,unless we paid a $50.00 early check in fee. I have never been asked to pay this fee. We walked around a little and retuned a little early and they went ahead and check in.. The walls were thin, but staying on the side with the traffic was loud..The pillows were horrible, no comfort or firmness..it felt as though they put two towels in the pillow case.nothing special just downtown or as they say in uptown.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel was a full service hotel. From the moment I got out of my car everyone treated me so kindly. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in downtown charlotte. And it was literally right outside of the spectrum center.
