Great location so we didn't have to drive everywhere. Everything you need right at our doorstep. Rooms are very small though but the comfy bed made up for it! Very modern and clean.

The location was great, central to everything . The room was small but in saying that, it was enough for average size couple to get around. Loved that they had coffee pods.

Extremely tiny room, toilet was dirty from previous guests, blood on the curtains, our car was damaged due to a drunk couple fighting and also staying in the apartments, very noisy, doors slamming all night, aircon set at a certain temperature and unable to change it, ceiling fan didn’t work. Very overpriced for what it is. Don’t waste your money! They don’t offer refunds but after arguing for a while we got our money back and stayed elsewhere for the rest of the weekend.

Hi Corey, Thank you for your review, I am sorry you did not enjoy every aspect of your stay. I would like to address each item as we take your feedback seriously, We offer a range of room types from 20m2 to 35m2, we are transparent via our listing, regarding the size in square meters for each room type. I have checked the security log during your stay, their is no mention of noisy guests, however I have provided our security contractor your feedback. The air conditioning is controlled via the control panel located adjacent to the front door in each room, our team can also dial into each room air conditioning controls and provide additional assistance, the ceiling fan is controlled via the switch next to the bed which also controls the reading lamps above the bed. I have reviewed the notes on your booking regarding a refund, initially you spoke to the after hour team, they advised to contact the team in the morning as they are not authorised to provide refunds, the Guest Service Manager provided you a refund on your request. I appreciate you may not wish to return to the hotel, I respect that, however should you wish to return, please don't hesitate to contact me so I can personally attend to your room allocation. Sincerely.

Great Location to Lagoon, shops and dining precinct. Would be our first choice if we visit Airlie Beach again. Beware the Parking arrangements and costs are not detailed when you book.

Room was extremely dusty. Kettle and coffee machine were unusable due to thick dirt and dust. Ants nest next to bed. Very small room.

What I liked: The rooms have been newly renovated so they were clean. What I didn't like: the rooms were extremely small and at $260 per night, I though I'd get a much bigger space.
