Ac noise ruined it

Everything except the AC was good. Man that machine was one of a machine. It made so much noise and I woke up multiple times. I did not bother as I really wanted ti sleep and checkout next morning. Everything else was perfect.

Dirty hotel. Hard mattress. Small room. Smelled like weed. We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel elevator broke down twice. Rude front desk staff. Sink drain was clogged. No one came to fix it. Will never stay here again. Only thing positive was location was close to family.

Was very nice location, though we had a small issue, the staff went above and beyond to fix the situation. We plan on coming back to Carowinds and will be staying here again. There a beautiful trail across the street that looks beautiful!
