Weekend stay

We had a large group stay for a national competition. The house was big enough for all of us (10). It was clean, very open, and in a quiet area. Communication was constant and quick! Happy with our time here.

Great stay in Charlotte

We were in Charlotte for a convention and the house was super convenient to restaurants and had more than enough room for multiple adults. Great layout and lots of room to spread out. Quiet neighborhood and 15 minutes to downtown made it perfect for us! Will stay here again!

I booked here for a weekend conference in Charlotte with. A large group of friends, the house was clean and spacious and the location was great. I would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Nice place, convenient to campus

The house was nice and comvenient to campus. The communication with the owners was very good as there were two things we needed to communicate to them and they were quick to respond. In terms of the house inclusions I would recommend a couple of things for the owner to review: pots, pans and baking sheets are old and not in great shape. The house could also use some additional cutlery. And, finally, some additional throw blankets would be nice for when you’re watching TV.Overall, the house was exactly what we wanted and expected.

Best VRBO ever

This property is excellent. Close to campus. The communication with the host was outstanding. Very accommodating of last minute requests. Perfect for my elderly frail mother in law!! Definitely staying here again.

Nice property but……

The only complaint I have about the property is that the mattresses were horrible. Way to soft for anyone to get a decent nights rest. Aside from that, the property was clean, easy to find, the rules were posted and easy to follow and the communication with the host was spectacular. Change the mattresses and you’ll have a winner.

The house was clean. But there were no blinds on the back of the house. My sister felt a little off about that. But over all it was nice.

The stay was ok, however the property could do with some up keeping such as new paint on the doors and stair railings. Alll in all the area was perfect and communication with the property manager was great. The house just needs some maintenance done.

Family reunion

Great stay for my family! Location was far from my medical conference downtown( my fault) and 3 of the 6 nights, we heard gunshots at midnight and 3 am which disrupted our sleep. There were plenty of rooms but after that, my kids refused to sleep in their own rooms and I slept with one eye open. Suggest owner investigate this with neighbors and police.
