I go to Charlotte once a few months for work and I return to Drury hotels everytime. It is very clean, rooms are spacious, the staff are awesome and the amenities are very good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but could have used a dusting. The room was quiet. Overall, this hotel was good - we will stay there again in the future.

All of the staff was very friendly and the room was lovely. I loved having a pool to access and the free dinner and breakfast was a great bonus! My favorite special touch was the popcorn machine in the lobby!

All the staff members were very nice. They have free food and 2 alcoholic drinks from 5:30-7pm which I thought was a very nice touch. It was a taco bar when we stayed. Also free hot breakfast. They have an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a hot tub. It was a very nice stay for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk and food service workers were excellent. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Sold expired milk at the market that caused my baby to be sick all through the night and no appetite the following day. Shower drain was completely clogged so we stood in water during our (quick) showers. Room service did not remove any trash or old food plates, left dirty towels and did not provide any fresh towels.

Check in was good, but had to ask for another room. The girl at the front desk was a superstar. Seemed like she was the only one working in the whole place. I may have been spoiled staying at a new Drury the night before. This one was older and not as clean. Breakfast area cramped and ran out of food. Had to wait for an amount of time to get replenished. Wouldn’t stay at this one again.

My dad picked this hotel mid-trip to the Carolinas I have not stayed in a Drury Inn before and won’t go out of my way to do so again. It feels like there are better options in the sterile/corporate bracket, despite the popcorn machine in the lobby and a dodgy happy hour.
