Close to everything. Was a perfect spot to go anywhere we wanted in Charlotte. A car is a good idea if traveling around. Room was as expected. Did find some eyelashes on the black bedside table.

I didn't like that you charged for parking. It is not like it is the city. There is ample parking on site. The ice machines didn't work. You couldn't control your heat. The Keurig didn't work. Coffee is essential in the morning.The internet was not working and they wanted to charge $25 for an early check in. The nickle and diming people was a turn off.If you cant check in until 4 pm(extremely late) and check out is at 11. You are not getting a whole day. An earlier check in would've avoided the long lines for the one employee that was there. There was a guest checking in, he went to pit his things away and the hotel staff ticketed his car. You were wrong for that.

we stayed at Sonesta at Charlotte and it was way below expectations for the price we paid. Tiny rooms, charged us twice for the same parking, breakfast $46 for two, internet was not working for several hours, tiny rooms, cold water in the pool and dirty carpet in the room.
