The room was clean. The front reception area was very tired looking, old, frayed carpet. The breakfast was minimal. It was very quiet at night and the reception clerk was friendly and efficient.

The building itself is great it just needs a bit of a remodel with new carpets or at least have the old ones in the hallways properly cleaned but otherwise the room is clean everything was quite nice and I enjoyed my stay for a short as it was.

The bathroom door would not close without being forced. It rubbed along the floor tile and was very noisy. The bathtub plug did not work, so a bath was impossible. The fridge made a high pitched noise so we had to unplug it. The coffee machine had no carafe.

We thought the breakfast to be alright. Had a decent selection. Area was clean. Only concern was that there were people running in the hall past midnight. But under the circumstance of most of the patrons being evacuees there isn’t a lot for them to do an no need to get up early we understood. Check-in was easy as was checkout.

You get what you pay for at $277 for two nights. Would not stay here again. Room was clean except the bathtub, the smell of cigarettes lingered the hallways, no one to enforce the no smoking rule at the front entrances of the building. The continental breakfast was cold and tables were filthy and boxes were piled up on almost half the tables as well.

it was quiet at night. They had 24 hour security walking the halls, not sure why. at first it made me nervous, but in the end, it is a great idea. It really made the stay safe and comfortable.

By the time we got to this hotel for our booked room, the front desk was so difficult to deal with, very rude. The room was way smaller than advertised. Paid for a queen bed room and ended up with a double. We are a family of 5 so we were really needing the space and there was nothing they could do about it.
