Enjoy your vacation in this elegant 3 bed 2 bath home located in the Coral Oaks golf community in NW Cape Coral with access to the breathtaking 18 hole championship course. This spacious home offers a fully equipped kitchen, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and beautiful pool/hot tub area.

The luxurious master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, 50” smart TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, walk-in closet stocked with bath/beach towels and direct access to the lanai.

The master bathroom is very spacious with a walk-in shower, jetted tub and two vanities.

The two guest suites are each equipped with a queen bed, remote controlled ceiling fan, 32” smart TV and a connecting bathroom between the bedrooms. One suite is located in the front of the house while the other is located in the back with direct access to the Lanai.

The living area includes a comfortable sectional, matching coffee and side tables all surrounding a 65” smart TV. The 3 panel floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door offers an excellent view over the pool area with direct access from the living room.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with brand new appliances, beautiful granite countertops and all necessary cooking utensils to prepare any meal. Toaster, blender, coffee pot and microwave are included. The dining room offers comfortable seating for 6 with a great view to the pool.

The laundry room comes with a brand new washer and dryer set and spacious storage cupboards.

The lanai offers a breathtaking heated pool with a spill over hot tub surrounded by various tropical palm trees. The pool faces South with direct sunlight all day. The shaded seating area located directly next to pool comes with 4 patio chairs and gas powered grill.

Great family retreat

This is a beautiful property! It is comfortable and located in a quiet (walkable) neighborhood. The pool is great with a spacious outdoor area for meals & spending time with family. Dwayne, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing. The host was so responsive, the surrounding area was great, we loved the pool, and overall had the best time. I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral.

February Fun Time

Lots of time relaxing poolside. Gas grill was great for fixing dinners. Convenient location for the spots we like to hit. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect vacation for us.

Great house, with everything we needed to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy driving to the beach, stores and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed after traveling from the winter wonderland of Wisconsin.
