Kind staff, near excellent Japanese restaurant

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room was on the 4th floor - no elevator - and that was a bit difficult for us (we're retired guys in our late 60e). The location was nice, with an excellent Japanese restaurant less than a block away.

Clean, Cool, Quiet

It is in downtown, 8 minutes' walk to bus station where the bus going to beach hotel zone. nearby there are stores and restaurants which is convienient. What i like most is, room is clean, shower water is hot and has strong power, air conditioner works perfect, kitchen can let you cook something which is good, quiet enviroment, good Wifi. And the staff Casy is very friendly and nice. The price for this suite is very nice.

As a first time international traveler Viento Suites was the perfect place to experience both downtown Cancun and the Resort Area both in close vicinity. Staff was very helpful and kind and the room was clean. Hopefully I can stay here again when I return.

Everything was great, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant options. It was a quiet neighbourhood and we felt safe walking to the restaurants. We did not get to spend much time there. We arrived late and left very early the next day. The only one thing is that we were three people. There was a sofa bed for the third person but no sheets.

The property is perfect for a short and simple stay, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into every aspect and it's well maintained. While I was thankful to be allowed a late checkout (after paying an additional fee) the communication around it could have been better, as I was being told different things by the owner (via Expedia and WhatsApp) and the maid, which meant I was somewhat worried at the time. It's easy for them to improve in the future though.

My stay at Viento Suites was amazing thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the employees. I was staying in the area to be near the dental clinic. Although there was a language barrier, Cassi and Mari were so kind, always asking if I needed anything and there to be of assistance. They were warm and courteous. There are many great restaurants in the area and a 7-11 right down the street. It was a convenient location. The property is clean and updated with a unique boutique feel. I’ll stay there again!

Nuestra experiencia en Apartamentos Viento Suites fue excelente. El lugar es limpio, moderno y bien equipado. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado, televisión y refrigerador, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Aunque no hay recepción, el dueño fue muy atento, enviándonos las instrucciones y el código de entrada por WhatsApp y correo electrónico, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra llegada. La propiedad tiene un patio con piscina. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la plaza de las Américas y rodeada de muchos restaurantes. Es una zona muy cómoda para desplazarse y disfrutar de los alrededores. El servicio de limpieza fue impecable, con personal que diariamente se aseguraba de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario o de si deseábamos limpieza adicional. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volvería y que recomendaría a otros viajeros.
