This was our 1st time experiencing an All-Inclusive resort and we enjoyed it very much. The room, food, service/staff, drinks and entertainment were wonderful! The only downside was the restaurant Azul, we had dinner in a dead zone (a corner where the fan wasn't hitting us), there was no air flow and were not comfortable as we waited for our food. Thank you so much and we plan to be back!

All about this Hotel is excellent! From the people: Alessandra in the reception, our roomkeeper Wendy and Miguel providing service around the pool, to the accomodations, restaurants and entertaintment. It was okay.

Was disappointed that when we arrived for lunch the only option was the buffet. We asked prior to booking if they had a sushi restaurant and if it would be open. They said yes, we got ready and went around 6pm and were told that it was closed for the night. We had a great time at karaoke but sad it ended so early, especially when everyone was excited and tons of people signed up.

Ventanas restaurant was very good! The Mexican Restaurant was my favorite, we had the best service there. The Italian restaurant was my least favorite and the waiter was not very attentive... He seemed in a hurry when we ordered which made us a little uncomfortable. We had 2 rooms 1 needed to be updated as the faucet leaked #327 other than that it was very confortable. We had a very nice experience overall. The beach was beautiful and staff was very friendly and helpful

Great place!! Was worried with the name change but they delivered! Only complaint would be the shower….the water would go hot then lukewarm back to hot and on and on!

There needs to be Ac in the dining area and especially at the main bar. It’s extremely hot and you need places beside your room to cool down. Anyway I heard they were brought out! So they comments really don’t matter !

We booked this all inclusive resort because the review score was 8.8 but it did not meet my expectation. Limited choices of food in buffet area compared to other all inclusive resorts we’ve been too. The only air conditioned area is the room and hallway. So I’m sweating while eating especially in buffet area. The lobby needs improvement. Limited toys in play area and limited activities for toddlers less than 4 years old. Only one main pool and one children’s pool. The staff are nice and our room is clean that’s one advantage.

Very clean resort with friendly and helpful staff. I liked the restaurants with no reservations. Food was great as well.
