Tiene muchas restricciones el hotel, las cuales no dicen hasta la llegada. No puedes fumar esa es una, no puedes tomar en la piscina,las tohallas las debe buscar cada persona. Y si vienes a celebrar algún evento no puedes reservar en los restaurantes especializados al no ser que compres una langosta o algo extra que no te incluyen.

Amazing beautiful immaculate hotel. Interior is fantastic, beach is beautiful during June beware of seaweed and rain but it’s ok no pasa nada. Great clean sparkling rooms with all amenity. Food is ok, same variety but it is good and eatable. Please do be sure to meet Antonio at the buffet he is so amazing nice sweet and humble, very hardworking guy and made our stay incredible. Super delicious fantastic coffee from Fatima she is so beautiful and skilled. Fun poolside games from Tadeo and Sandy they are fun and bombastic. Gym is equipped and clean. Sweet shop is good and fun when you want to go feed your cavity after dinner. We recommend coming with your family.

We really loved the pool, which had organized games/activities every day, and the shows every night (carnival, magic, etc.) - kept things fun for the kids! It was clean, although housekeeping often didn't clean our room until after 3pm. Food was okay at best. Property itself could use some updates, which it seems are in progress. Overall we had a nice time but was not the level of accommodation our family is used to.

Me la pasé bien, el servicio que te puedo decir todo espectacular, todos los meseros bien amables, la comida está a bien.. el único que ni saludable l( por lo menos a mi) ni respondía cuando le daba las gracias era un bartender en el área de la piscina, prácticamente me ignoraba cuando yo siempre seguí amable y dejé propina pero después de que me ignoraba no le dejé y pedía mis bebidas con los meseros mejor, ellos sabes que fui amable y daba propina y siempre me saludaban…..pero de ahí todo fueron amables.. la señora de housekeeping se llamaba Lucy creo súper amable la señora que Dios la bendiga y la señora del café también que trabajadora y siempre había línea y ella sonreía y con gusto nos atendía también

This was our first time here. Everyone was sooo nice and friendly. We felt welcomed everywhere we go- and food!! It was delicious!! Will come back for sure. Esteban and sergio (not sure if I spelled them right- the managers were very helpful, too. Higly recommend!! Every staff I met was so nice.

I love the people at this hotel . They are warm and welcoming . Very attentive !!! Beds are super comfortable. Great vibe will be coming back to this hotel for sure !

Overall, the property was great. There seems to be construction and updating going on but it didn’t impact our time there. The staff is super friendly and the food options were great. Each restaurant has great food options. This is a family friendly resort so if you are looking for a more quiet stay, I would not recommend this place. We had a fabulous time!!
