I was not provided with the room Expedia made me believe I would be receiving. Hotel & Expedia did minimal efforts to try to correct the problem. No one wanted to take accountability hotel & Expedia both just pointed the finger at each other. Expedia lied about confirming my stay with the number of people in my family. Pictures provided on Expedia are false advertising. Photos are edited, Hotel is run down, dirty, elevators are dirty. clean liens smell used, showers are moldy. You can only utilize all amenities if your a “VIP”.

Not having air conditioning in common areas including restaurants was terrible especially in 90 degree weather. Food did not seem fresh. Two from our group got food poisoning.

Kitchenmanager Manuel was the best. Overall the staff was very polite accommdating and genienly concerned with the guest experience. The facility was well maintained. There was constant attention to high trafficed areas.

My stay at Sunscape was amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was there for only 4 nights, the staff made me feel at home. Freddy is responsible of the winery, he is so nice and friendly, he made us a reservation at the Italian restaurant. He set the table up so nicely, the food was delicious. Everything was exquisite. Kiko is also very nice and informative. They have a kid’s poolside and slides. My niece had so much fun. Me and my family had a great time.

I was just here for a few days with my boyfriend as a last minute trip. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The place is a bit dated, but you can see that the staff do their best to keep everything super clean. There are a few restaurants to choose for night time dining. They include an Asian one called Azul that is a buffet during the day. Azul definitely surprised us with how delicious their sushi dishes were! They also have an Italian spot called Viaggio’s. We had a server named Martin that was very attentive and kind to us! My boyfriend has the chicken parm. He highly recommended it! I had the seafood pasta dish which was delicious too. If you’re craving some authentic tacos or chicken sandwiches that were grilled, look no further than near the pool area! They serve it fresh every day. The one downside of this place was that we knew it was kid friendly, but we didn’t realize how kid friendly it was. There were moments when we had the night time events and there were kids just running amok.
