Our stay was amazing, the staff was lovely, I loved everything about this resort. I had a beautiful view from my room, the beach was clean and the waters were great. The food was good and the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner special. 10/10 resort, would definitely recommend to come here.

I just returned home from staying at Sunscape in Cancun. The moment you are, you are treated warmly. Every staff person I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a junior suite. Room was very nice and clean. They keep your refrigerator stocked. Great dining choices. Great entertainment. The beach is simply beautiful. Property is very well maintained. I felt very safe there.

The food and atmosphere were great, and it’s definitely a place you’d enjoy if you’re traveling with family. However, we were disappointed by the lack of adult-oriented activities the nighttime entertainment was mostly geared toward kids. If you’re going as a couple, I’d recommend paying extra for an adults-only resort to get a more relaxing and mature experience. Overall great experience.

Swimming pool is quite small but clean. I like Mexican dinner. Italian food is kind of OK. Asian cuisine is not recommended. Location is good, very close to AquaWorld, only 5 minutes.
