This hotel is way sub-par. Food is awful, I mean, very little selection and bad quality. My daughter had mac n cheese and chicken pat Thai and were horrible. Spinach quiche hottible. Poached eggs. , same story. Italian restaurant portions are minuscule, brocheyta comes 1 slice of bread, a cherry tomato cut in three. Hoyrlnis outdated and almost all rooms stou ded by pool, very noisy day/night. You cannot reserve at restaurants cause its first come first served andgo anytime and even if there are tables ready they ask you to wait 30-45 min. AC at room breaks, restaurants have very old AC units, you see water leaks from vents and it's hot in there. Definitively better options out there on true all inclusive options. I really like all inclusive, and teh worse is when at every chance they have they offer better food drinks fruit for an extra charge.

We stayed at the resort for 4 nights, and overall had a really great experience. There was a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, and the food was quite good. Our room was cleaned every single day, and room service was always available, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were also able to check in a little earlier than the official time, which was a nice bonus. In every restaurant we visited, the waiters and bartenders were very kind and attentive. The evening activities were more family-oriented, so if you’re traveling with your family, this place is absolutely perfect.

Nice people and staff was great but we ended getting another room - took over an hour to check in( only three of us at the desk) - the phrase it would take a Mexican minute finally understood what that meant - new room assignment- told it was with VIP access but really it didn’t feel al that VIP but more of an inconvenience- asked to get a room on the beach as that is what we asked/paid for in the first place - two days later moved to new room which was painful having to pack and repack and they stated they would move us while we were out- never happened- waited a couple hours to get moved and finally two days in were able to enjoy our vacation- the shower drain did not work and they never came to fix it - again nice staff but it was a bit painful dealing and feeling like we spent half our vacation dealing with really inconvenience situations that distracted us from having a really good time

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Julio ( suger craving store)— he was full of positive energy and always had a bright smile on his face. It’s rare to see someone who enjoys their job that much, and he truly made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

The room was incredible, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The food and accessibility to everything were also amazing. Ana, the concierge, was a tremendous help in making the trip special for my partner, who was celebrating a birthday. I would definitely recommend and revisit Sunscape.

Honestly very disappointed, I have been to multiple all inclusive in Mexico and this one is the only one so far I would not return to nor recommend. The food was not great at the buffet and you can not make reservations at the other restaurants like most resorts do, so the wait time is over a hour, then when you go to check if the table is ready they say 10-15 more minutes. The service was no better. You would call or speak to the front desk to request something and nothing would happen. We requested something simple as towels and we had to grab them from a maids cart since no one ever showed up. As well as we rented a cabana in which the sheets were all wet due to kids (not apart of our group) sitting and playing on it, which is fine kids will be kids although we requested for the sheets to be changed and no one ever came..Lastly, at check in they informed us at first that our room was ready, then we get informed that our room will be ready in 3 hours, we should’ve seen that red flag right then and there.
