The stay was an absolute delight. The entertainers were incredibly enthusiastic, the resort staff was incredibly friendly, and the kitchen staff was simply amazing. The rooms were spotless, and the bartenders were incredibly efficient, crafting every drink imaginable. Antonio, one of the head chefs, went above and beyond to accommodate my allergies. He prepared a special menu and made substitutions for meals containing allergens like eggs, nuts, and seafood upon request. The beach and pool area offered ample seating and shade, with breathtaking views. The beach also had lifeguards on duty for added safety. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. If you were craving a quick snack, there was food available at the pool. For fitness enthusiasts, the gym was spacious, well-equipped, and spotless. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I would definitely return to this resort.

Nice staff overall, but the hotel has a serious mold problem and a very unpleasant smell. The mold is visible even on the corridor walls. In our room, the smell was minimal most of the time, but it occasionally became stronger when the air conditioning turned on again. The air conditioner was also extremely noisy. I reported the mold issue, but the staff told me it was due to the high humidity in Cancun. That explanation doesn’t make sense. We are from the Caribbean as well, and this kind of problem only occurs when there is poor air circulation and water leakage in the building - both of which were clearly present at this hotel.

Small but nice resort. Never had a problem getting a pool or beach chair. Beach is very clean with no algae and not bombarded with people trying to sell items. Restaurants are small, don’t have many tables or do they take reservations. This results in a long wait time for dinner. Buffet for supper was mediocre. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Overall the property is not a 5 star as it is advertised and priced. The property should be priced as a 3 star. Property is clean and well cared for, some staff are friendly some are not happy to be there. The food in restaurants are decent. Cafe de rosa being the best food followed by the steak house, and italian restaurant. Azul, advertised as Asian, is not great. Buffet for dinner is not good but restaurants make up for it. The room is very outdated and looks like a motel. The room is small, very old bed and vanity, from 1990s, which never been renovated. It is over priced and need to be priced closer to a 3 star.

This was my first time staying in Mexico on a resort as a solo traveler and I will say that I had a 10 out of 10 experience the whole weekend that I was here from checking in to checking out the service was amazing. The staff was phenomenal. The food was OK, but I think that’s for all resorts and one of the outlets in my room did not work but outside of that it was an amazing day and I would definitely recommend this resort for any solo travelers or anyone looking to just get away.
