the apartment is very big - 4 bedrooms and 2 toilettes, 4th floor with no elevator, fully equipped, but badly maintained.

Pleasant Place to stay for a few days
No complaints. Everyone was super friendly, and overall the property was clean.
Bathroom was leaking water everywhere, which wasn't a major issue, but left some of my clothes wet after a shower.
Property in great location, near a lot of food places and only a 20min drive from the Hotel Zona.
Recommend if you are looking for something in Cancun thats quiet, away from the clubs, still close to everything and cost affordable.
