This place is very worn. The food is terrible and borderline unsanitary. The rooms aren’t very clean and look extremely worn out. Needs a facelift but fine for a night before you fly out.

The property didn't look like the pictures I would say, maybe cause of the lighting but overall u get what u pay for; 1 bed with just the basics a tv, mini fridge, and shower.So if u just want to sleep there and shower, enjoying the city's in attractions the whole day while having free breakfast this is the place for u as its conveniently located in the heart of Cancun.

The hotel is very dirty and old. The bed, the pillows are bad and in terrible shape. They do not know how to make the bed. They do not clean correct the room. Staff are rude and did not answer, they do not know how to do their work. They charge some amount money when we arrived and last day ask for another... good location for work, very bad for tourism

Best downtown hotel!

I'll start with the staff, FREAKIN' AMAZINGLY AMAZING! Superstars were all and special thank you to Rebecca, Edgar & Derrick & of course, my guy Mario! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now the hotel itself, convenient, clean and just pleasant to stay at. Restaurants from sushi to vegan just steps away. Of course your burgers, pizza and wings at the hotel or right outside, along with Oxxo & 7eleven👍. Quick walk to americana mall as well, where you can find everything from movue theatre ro groceries. A great location with an amazing staff, its a now brainer if you are looking for a downtown location! 👍👍👍👍👍

Maintenance, mentenance, maintenance. Just like other Mexican hotels. Pool water feature not working, hot tub not hot anymore. Painting outside etc etc. Staff friendly though. Had to move three times due to shower leaking, top floor was nice. That is what we asked for weeks prior to arriving....
