Absolutely love little hotel in a great area with everything you could need. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I made the rookie mistake of leaving my passport behind and needed it for my ticket on Tren Maya, they immediately responded and sent me a picture of my passport. Rooms are gorgeous 10/10

A nest in the middle of Cancun

Staying at Ixum for the night was a treat! Lorea and all the staff were kind, present, eager to make this experience an unforgettable one! The food (and the dirty horchata) was incredible. I had to walk to take the bus, but my GPS was out of control and brought me back to the hotel after 25 minutes walk under the sun. They drove me to the bus station. Will definitely go back asap!
