The owner double booked the room, I had no room to stay, want full refund. DONT book this place, worse than 3rd world standard and horrible behaviour for owner Kelly

we opened your room and kept all the lights on after 5:00 pm, the all night through the next day morning, and you are not there, and you are not even bothed to come back after your party, do not blame others, and we are zero tolenrace for abusing!

Nothing like the pictures, waited an hour and a half for the owner to show up and check me in. 3 other people were waiting with me and we all ended up leaving and staying elsewhere and the owner didn’t seem to care, didn’t try to change our minds and wouldn’t offer a refund. Disgusting.

we should have your proximal arrival time, but if we do not have it, we may go out do something like purchase the supply, if we know that you are going to check in after we go out, we will let you know how to check-in and where to park your car and wait for us to come back! in your case, someone in your three groups of guests called us when we were out, and we did let our guests know when we come back how to check-in and how to park your cars, but after we came back and your three groups of guests changed mind not to stay, we can not do anything if you wanted to go, your case is canceled booking case but no refund, it is your choice not to stay, we can not force you to stay, let you go is the best option for us to make you happy!

The property owner was super lovely and was very understanding of any situation that arose during our new-years trip. She's exceptionally knowledgeable of the area and is very welcoming. The property itself is small but makes up for it with a lovely outdoor area, small treats that come for free such as lovely morning coffee sachets and complimentary hygiene products for showers and such. Mind you, it is not 5-star. But the effort is clearly there to make our stay so much more comfortable and welcoming. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend staying here!

The room was smaller than we thought but ended up being the perfect size for two people. Good if you are spending most of your time out and about.

yes, you are right, here is a homestay, everything like room size also is the same as the normal home design, it is a place to stay, not a five-star hotel size and scale, but we love our guests and we make it here a sweet home with you!
