The pictures of the hotel are very outdated. Upon arriving to the front of the hotel the main entrance was not what we expected. There was a large trash bin that was open and a view to an alley that was scary it was not eye catching or anything I would stay at again.

Exceded expectations. As a very avid travel with both work and family I visit a lot of hotels. I also have been to calgary 30+ times for work. This hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, they would see me passing for the pool and run to give me a towel before I asked. The breakfast was always fresh and being topped up. Excellent quality. The POOL, if you have kids, its perfect. Lastly LOCATION. EXCELLENT, excellent, excellent. Banff trail stop is in the same parking lot as the hotel. I never need a taxi to the city, easy for families if someone wants to go back to the room. There's "Big T BBQ" is in the same parkinglot. Next to that is DQ for dessert. Liquor store also right next to that. Boxes were all checked. Perfect for a family or business stay. I will book every time I return.

Jacuzzi suite booked. First walked in and it smelled like someone had had a bowel movement five minutes prior. That cleared out after a few hours. Long hairs in the shower. Otherwise, perfectly suited.

Great pool and slide. Convenient breakfast.

My two kids loved the pool and slide. We went in the pool 4 times in a 2 night stay. The breakfast was great and convenient. Everyone found something they wanted to eat. Also, there was a complimentary coffee station beside the lobby, which was a nice touch. When we arrived, I was tired and the coffee was perfect. We plan to stay here again next year.
