I've stayed at this place a few times now & I enjoy my stays there. The place is a bit of a rough diamond especially given its location from the airport. The critiques, for this trip: The bar server neglected to give me cutlery to go with my meal (At the bar), I had to retrieve that from the server station, about 2/3rds of the way through the steak, they turned up with a steak knife. The bar booths seating are torn & frayed especially noticeable as you go to be seated. The Hot Tub was a bit listless compared to other visits. That said for a Calgary Hotel close to the airport, for the price range, an expected level of amenities & cleanliness I have no hesitation in returning again.

We were happy with our stay — the place felt safe, clean, and comfortable. The parking area was secure, and staff were helpful. We don’t drink, so we didn’t try the bar, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We needed some utensils that did not come with our delivery meal. Tried a few times to call front desk with no answer. My husband went down to the front desk to find two employees chatting while the phone rang non stop in the background. He went straight to the restaurant and grabbed some utensils to take up to the room. No one stopped him or talked to him. Very poor customer service.

Front desk staff looked too serious. They are the front liners, so they need to at least smile at their guests who are tired from a long flight. Check in and check out - the same experience. Not even thanking your guest for staying. I was a front desk manager/duty manager for a very long time, a smile or saying welcome or thank you will make a huge difference. Just an honest opinion. Thank you and Aloha!
