The hotel gave us complimentary breakfast coupons because the elevator was out of service. We thought that was very nice. Even after sharing breakfast with the U of A Golden Bears Football team, the kitchen staff kept up the pace and the the food on the buffet table never went short.

Breakfast is not complementary, other then that it was a good stay. I was able to bring my chocolate lab with me. Mcdonalds and gas station right across the road. Nice view of the Olympic Ski Training Area.

Although the property is a bit out of date, it is very clean, nice and quiet. Also the location has many amenities around them, gas, coffee, McDonald's etc which was nice

Good location (especially if you want to go to Banff or Jasper early morning), very helpful staff, clean rooms and reasonable rates. Property is a bit old and I could hear a fair bit of outside noise, even with the windows closed. There are a couple of reasonable places nearby to buy food (Dennys, Opa etc).
