The hotel smells bad. It’s dirty. I don’t know how this can be a holiday inn express, i regret booking here. If you have to choose, stay at the Park or Wyndham next door.

First room i got the PTAC (AC unit) wax so loud and vibrating badly, requested new room, had to ho get keys from reception, no offercto bring them. Next room it was still noisy but not too bad. Found the bed was stained and with hairs in it was questional if it had even been cleaned from last guest. I called down, they offered new sheets, but i declined as it was made clear id have to remake the bed. Breakfast was some over cooked, dry burnt scrambled eggs, with wooden forks and paper plates. The hotel fell very short of what i expect from a Holiday Inn, there are plenty of options around this area, and I'd suggest you try those. This hotel is abysmal. And as per usual when booked through Expedia you are SOL for any compensation. Reception was abandoned at checkout.

Overall we did not have a very good experience. We went down to breakfast about 10 minutes after it opened and it was already cold and dry. Toilet in our room barely worked and had to be flushed many times to get it to work. The manager called me the morning of our night reservation to tell me they had switched our reservation to the hotel down the road and then two hours later called me back to tell me they changed it again and we could go back to the original hotel. Never had this happen at any hotel ever?
