Room was clean and staff were friendly. Unfortunately one of the elevators was out of order and the hotel was quite busy so it was difficult to get the only other elevator in use. We were on the 7th floor but thankfully using the stairs wasnt an issue for us.

I asked for my receipt at checkout and the gentlemen at your front desk wouldn’t give it to me as he said I booked through hotel.com and he could t (I have stayed here numerous times through the hotels.com app and got my receipt everytime upon checkout until this time).
